Monchhoa is governed by the terms below. By ordering you accept them.

Account

• Give your correct name and mobile number when registering.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Those under 18 should order with permission from a guardian.

Order

• When you place an order it is first marked "Pending" status. We verify and then confirm it.
• Out of stock, wrong price or address/phone issues, we may cancel the order. In that case you will be informed.
• Order status can be seen in "My orders" and with your tracking number.

Price and payment

• All prices are in Taka (৳). Prices may change, but the price you saw when ordering is what applies.
• Currently payment is cash on delivery, meaning you pay after receiving the product.
• Promo codes and vouchers have validity and usage limits. They will not work if conditions are not met.

Product information

Image colors may look slightly different on mobile or computer screens. We try to give accurate information, but if you find any mistake please tell us.

Reviews and conduct

• Do not write anything indecent in reviews, false or harmful to others.
• Do not post photos or information of others.
• We may delete a review if rules are broken.

Misuse

If someone repeatedly places fake orders or misuses the site we may close the account.

Law and changes

These terms apply under the prevailing laws of Bangladesh. Terms may be changed if needed, any change will appear on this page.
