How do I place an order?

Open your favourite product and tap "Place order" button, or add to cart. Then give your address and confirm the order. You need to log in to place an order.

Where can I see my orders?

From the profile page "My orders" section you can see all orders and their status.

How do I track an order?

On the profile page "Track an order by number" box write your tracking number and tap Track.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery is available now. Pay after receiving the product.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery charge ৳60.

How many days does delivery take?

Usually 2–5 working days after confirmation.

If I want to return a product?

Tell us within 7 days of receiving it. Details are on the return policy page.

Where can I get promo codes?

From the profile page "Vouchers" section you can see the active codes.

How do I give a rating and review?

Once the product is delivered, from "My orders" you can add a rating, text and photos for that product.

If I want to change my address?

From the profile page "My address" you can change it.
