How long it takes

After order confirmation, delivery usually happens within 2–5 working days. It may take a little longer depending on area and situation.

Order steps

• Pending: We have received your order
• Confirmed: Verification done, order confirmed
• Processing: Product is being packed
• On the way: Product has been sent
• Delivered: Product has reached you

You will get a notification at every step. You can track your order from your profile any time with the tracking number.

Cash on delivery

Receive the product, check it, then pay. Give a correct address and an active phone number, so the delivery staff can contact you.

If no one is found at delivery time

If the delivery staff cannot reach you by phone or the address does not match, delivery may be delayed or the order may be cancelled. Keep your phone on and give the address correctly.
